Delete Your LapisAI Account

If you’d like to permanently remove your account and all associated data, you have two options:

• In-app deletion:
  Open the LapisAI app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, tap “Delete” and confirm.
• Email us:
  Send an email to support@geolapis.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll reply to confirm and then remove your data.

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and any stored files within 7 days. If you have any questions, just reply to our confirmation email or write to support@geolapis.com.
